If you see an item that has sold out, it may be recreated. Send me a message and let’s work together.

If you have any special requests i.e gift wrapping, upgrade on post ect...please contact me and it will be my pleasure to tweak your order.

Payment is taken is GBP and international credit card and banks will charge the daily exchange rate and possible additional administration fees.

Shipping - Ready made items will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Made to order ready to ship in 2 weeks) by Royal Mail signed for (UK) and International tracked & insured service (UK/USA/Canada/AUS/NZ only for now). Tracking number will be provided. I want to ensure that your special package arrives securely as they are unique one-of-a-kind pieces.

• Delivery Estimates - North America: 7-15 business days/ Europe: 2-3 weeks/ Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-15 business days/ Asia Pacific: 2-4 weeks

• I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

• International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. Any items returned to me will incur a fee for re-shipping.

• EU orders - The EU customer will have to pay TAX at the point of delivery. This is around 19%-21% depending on their country. The EU customer will also be charged a handling fee by their local courier. If the value of the package is over €150, the EU customer will pay VAT, a handling charge and a customs duty fee. 

• Should you wish to order from a country not listed, please let me know and I will provide a postage quote.

Return Policy - Should they be an issue with your order, please contact me so we can resolve the issue by mutual agreement by e-mailing me.

No refunds or returns are accepted on sale items and custom orders.

I can accept returns within 14 days of reception provided product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Buyers will be responsible for shipping costs and for the product until it reaches our studio safely. Purchase can be refunded (minus original shipping cost) within 2 weeks.
