"Refraction" Woven Wall Hanging
“Refraction” is that instant that the sun hits the water, where you are witness to a special glimmer that lasts only for a moment.
This woven wall hanging has been created using a variety of fibres; alpaca, wool, cotton, and mixed yarn are blended together and the result is a textured statement hanging that begs to be touched. This hand woven piece will compliment any decor and would look perfect in a minimalist space, a forest cottage or a mid-century inspired home.
It looks especially calm, cool and collected hanging from a maple dowel.
Each piece measures approx. 50cmx30cm - including fringe.
Handmade by myself in my studio in Scotland.
